We aim to maintain a professional, active, and friendly team to support our growing community. Below, you’ll find the general requirements we look for at each staff rank. These points are considered alongside other factors, such as attitude, past behavior, and disciplinary history. While this is not a promotion application template, it serves as a reference to understand our standards.
Helper
Entry-Level Staff Position
Helpers are responsible for managing reports, resolving minor disputes, and addressing chat moderation.
Requirements
Trial Moderator
Intermediate-Level Staff Position
Trial Mods handle gameplay-related issues and disputes while continuing their responsibilities as Helpers.

Senior-Level Staff Position
Moderators have advanced permissions and are responsible for bans, staff training, and managing complex issues.

Requirements
- Effort: A well-thought-out application showing genuine interest in supporting the server/community.
- Scenario Responses: Effective and logical responses to situational questions.
- Behavior: No recent behavioral issues or significant infractions.
- Activity: At least one month of consistent and meaningful community participation.
- Engagement: Moderate interaction beyond the server, such as on forums and Discord.
- Rule Knowledge: Demonstrates a solid understanding of server rules and follows them diligently.
- Community Support: Positive community feedback and support.
- Experience: Relevant past experience is a bonus.
- Playtime: Minimum of 100 hours on the server.
Trial Moderator
Intermediate-Level Staff Position
Trial Mods handle gameplay-related issues and disputes while continuing their responsibilities as Helpers.
Requirements
- Competence: Proficient use of staff tools, such as the /ban, /kick, /invsee and relevant commands.
- Scenario Responses: Strong, well-thought-out solutions to intermediate staff situations.
- Behavior: No recent behavioral issues or significant infractions.
- Rule Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of server rules, capable of handling nuanced situations.
- Community Support: Evidence of progress as a staff member through positive community engagement.
- Reports: Consistently submits detailed and accurate ban or disciplinary requests.
- Activity: Active within the community for at least two months.
- Playtime: Minimum of 200 hours on the server.
Moderator
Senior-Level Staff Position
Moderators have advanced permissions and are responsible for bans, staff training, and managing complex issues.
Requirements
- Rule Mastery: Exceptional understanding of server rules, enabling effective training of junior staff.
- Scenario Responses: Ability to resolve high-level and sensitive situations with confidence and fairness.
- Behavior: No recent behavioral issues or significant infractions.

- Decision-Making: Confident and objective in handling all situations.
- Activity: Active within the community as a Trial Mod for a minimum of two months.

- Playtime: Minimum of 400 hours on the server.
Administrator

- Activity: Active within the community as a Moderator for a minimum of three months.

- Playtime: Minimum of 600 hours on the server.
