Skillset: I am capable of keeping people in line while being kind about it. I am a decent builder in Minecraft as well
Previous Experience: Yes, I run four of my own servers while being a staff member in a few others, however none of the servers are well known
Scenario #1: I would first ask them to calm down the situation, if they didn't listen, I would provide a warning, then ask again.
Scenario #2: I would try and get in contact with a person who was able to help him with said request while explaining why I couldn't or try and figure out what went wrong.
Scenario #3: I would first try and talk to them, trying to figure out what had gotten them so upset, if they refuse to answer or listen I would talk to the Owner of the server and see if a ban would be required.
About me: My name is Katie, I plan to start a podcast with a friend which would clear up my schedule a bit more, I am kindhearted and blunt, I can get protective and make sure everyone stays in line. I tend to act older than my age and know how to moderate over situations to keep them calm.
